With a proven track record in Business Development, specifically in Marketing, Brand Development, International Business Expansion and Investment Management, she combines strategic insight with transformational leadership to drive sustainable growth and social impact in Africa and beyond.
Dr. Tembe has built and led multiple initiatives that empower businesses, women, the youth, and communities through investments, education, and leadership development.
Professionally, she cumulates 15 years experience in building businesses in varied sectors which have become Leading entities in the marketplace.
As a Cameroonian-born Visionary, having Africa at heart, Dr. Ruth envisions a prosperous continent which will become home to the world.
